Service Intake Process
An intake session marks our initial meeting for counseling. During this session, we'll go over the necessary paperwork, discuss your particular concerns—whether for yourself or your child—and develop a plan for future sessions. Additionally, this meeting will allow us to understand your counseling objectives and become acquainted with one another.

Initial Contact
If you're ready to move forward or need more information, email lisa@sunshineptc.ca or fill out the online form to schedule a free 20-minute virtual or phone consultation. I will respond within 1-2 business days.

Consultation
During this consultation, I'll address any questions you have about the services and discuss your needs to ensure we are a good match.

Scheduling an Intake Session
Once you decide to proceed, we will arrange an intake session.

Referral if Not a Good Fit
If at any point during the consultation we find that we are not a good fit, I will do my best to refer you to other suitable providers.
