Play Therapy
Play therapy is a therapeutic approach designed for children aged 3 to 12 to help them express and process their emotions, thoughts, and experiences through play. In a safe and supportive environment, therapists use toys, games, and creative activities as tools to facilitate communication and healing, enabling children to address and resolve psychological and emotional challenges.
Is Play Therapy Necessary for My Child?
During their development, many children face various challenges such as adapting to school, lack of motivation to learn, family conflicts, and struggles with making friends. While some children can these obstacles on their own, others may require additional support. If you're worried about your child's emotional and behavioral well-being, play therapy can be an effective solution. It can help your child navigate difficult times and provide you with a better understanding of their experiences.

Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) (Age: 3-10)
Child-Centered Play Therapy is an evidence-based intervention that aims to help children who are facing social, emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. It provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can express their inner emotions and experiences through play. With the therapist's empathic understanding, children can process their negative emotions and unresolved issues, leading to decreased symptomatic behaviors and overall improvement in functioning.
Child-Centered Group Play Therapy (CCGPT) (Age: 3-10)
Child-Centered Group Play Therapy (CCGPT) is a proven method to help children who struggle with peer relationships, making friends, sibling relationships, and social skills. During CCGPT sessions, the therapist creates an environment where children can explore and make interpersonal decisions. Through social interactions with 2-3 group members, children learn new social and conflict resolution skills. The expected outcomes of CCGPT include improved connection-building, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
